Everybody's a critic

Thought nobody liked Battlefield Earth, the John Travolta pet-project that bombed at the box office and was deemed by the New York Times to be the worst movie that will be made this century? Well, Portland police found one critic who liked the movie -- really liked the movie.

On July 8, around 8:30, Portland's finest were called to the Nickelodeon where the aforementioned critic was found giving one big, enthusiastic thumbs up again and again to Battlefield Earth. The police escorted the man out of the theater where he confessed to the indecent act and was arrested. A spokesperson for the Nick said in his 25 years he'd never seen anyone so excited by a movie. Especially not one as bad as Battlefield Earth.
