Last week, with "Augusta’s Mayor, His Two Hats, and $400,000," by Lance Tapley, we announced part one of a two-part series, and outlined what would appear in this week’s paper regarding the real-estate developer Harper’s Development and its ties to the Baldacci Administration. However, while the story as outlined has not changed, new breaking developments occurred at the last minute which required additional reporting and for the piece to be held one week.
