Buckdancer’s Choice is looking into expanding into the space soon to be vacated by the moving Drum Shop. Tim Emery says Buck’s currently has 350 students using the store’s variety of instrument teachers each week and that they’re having to turn people away. More space means more lesson rooms, including a new ensemble room. Seekonk’s Todd Hutchisen and Pat Corrigan say their new album, called Pinkwood, will be released in September of this year. They’ve got a European label, Tonguemaster, for the continent (who are also picking up the mastering tab in June, at, no less, Abbey Road) and they’re in negotiations on the stateside release. Jon Wyman was again on board as producer. Be on the lookout for a Paranoid Social Club four-song sampler to be released soon, keeping apetites whetted for what looks like a greatest hits of sorts as their first ON Entertainment release. In the Arms of Providence is pretty much over, and their last show will be in support of OK Go this week. ITAOP frontman Chris Moulton’s new project is Why Hello, combining with Billy Libby and other former Even All Outers. Everybody’s buzzing about Why Hello. Everybody.
