The votes are in, they've been tallied, and here are the results. Exciting stuff, no? We can tell you've been eagerly waiting to see just where the most popular place to steal Wi-Fi is because . . . Er, what? No? Not so much? You don't much care? Well, what the hell's wrong with you? Where's your city spirit? This is only fun if you make it fun, and we'll have no stick-in-the-muds in these parts. Go read some paper you can get at Wal-Mart for 30 cents, why dontcha. We're all about the fun over here in Phoenixland - it's just past the Civic Center, down by the water, if you want to visit. That's why we don't do the standard thing where we take the winners, call them up, and do a little fluff piece explaining just how it is that they managed to stuff the ballot box better than their competitor. Instead, we pick a bunch of new and different things that you may not know about and write them up as fast as humanly possible so as to get the issue out on time (ha! Like we'd do that - no, no, we have this thing planned well out in advance. It's a total cakewalk getting this issue out, we assure you). So, if you're looking for a new big-meat sandwich, we can tell you where to go. If you want a band with a mohawk, we've got your back. If you hate talk radio, so do we - but we've got the best talk radio to hate, dammit. The best! Also, the readers' choices are actually pretty spot-on. If you haven't been to these places, check them out. They're pretty sweet.
